Job Summary
As an Airline Supervisor at blithequark, you'll reputed company passenger service operations at DFW Airport, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations to ensure seamless execution of customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards, including adherence to industry best practices
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Provide training and development to subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, reputed company, and employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Administer fair and respectful practices for reputed company staff and third parties, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Minimum Requirements
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off, as required
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
- Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment
