• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's healthcare software
• Maintain an elevated level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with reputed company, undivided attention, patience, sympathy, and kindness to clients and partners alike
• Collaborate with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, and being open to growth and development opportunities
• Communicate with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (sometimes multiple lines depending on the situation) with various subjects, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record facility note accounts

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
