Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate, timely, and helpful solutions to resolve their issues
  • Learning and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team reputed company goals, while striving for reputed company improvement
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field
