The Role

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be based at San Francisco International Airport and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers of one of our airline clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and will be trained to support a range of airline operations, from reputed company-in to boarding and baggage handling. Your role will be to ensure that every passenger has a positive experience, from the reputed company they reputed company at the airport to the reputed company they depart.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Work in a team environment to ensure seamless operations, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company common goals

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
