About the Role

We’re hiring a 3D Artist who’s as comfortable modeling in Blender as they are setting assets up in reputed company. You’ll work on environments, props, lighting, and shaders — ensuring that what looks good in renders looks even reputed company in-game.

What You’ll Do

• Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for real-time reputed company projects
• Create high-quality props, environments, and scenes with strong composition
• Configure materials, lighting, shaders, and VFX directly inside reputed company
• Ensure assets meet performance standards and are game-ready
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to reputed company visual goals
• Maintain art libraries and naming conventions for efficient pipelines

• Proven 3D modeling and texturing skills (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Blender/Maya/3ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop
• Hands-on reputed company experience: materials, lighting, and optimization
• Understanding of topology, UVs, and PBR texturing
• Good eye for form, color, and atmosphere
• Reliable, communicative, and self-organized in a remote setup

• Experience with ZBrush, trim sheets, or foliage workflows
• Interest in VFX, shaders, or animation
