Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at blithequark University, you'll be responsible for developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights that drive learning and development initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with senior leaders to reputed company insights and measurements that inform business reputed company and drive actionable recommendations. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation will help us reputed company understand our customers and employees, and reputed company data-driven reputed company that drive business growth and improvement.
Responsibilities
* Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
- Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including reputed company, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that inform business and visualization requests
- Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting learning data
- Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for business customers
- Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
- Partner with senior leaders to reputed company insights and measurements that inform business needs and present recommendations
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address problems
- Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
- Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies

Experience

- Preferred: Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
- Preferred: Working experience in reputed company Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
