Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming customer service calls, assuming responsibility to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Researching account status and identifying account issues
- Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
- Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests
- Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
- Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests
- Serving as a customer reputed company while adhering to reputed company regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
