The Role

As a reputed company Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a mix of proactive and reactive reputed company and support activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, support, and satisfaction. This will involve:

• Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively addressing any signs of poor health
• Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating with blithequark's Operations and Product departments, as well as BPO leads, to resolve issues reputed company to the ordering platform or agent staffing
• Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
• Maintaining blithequark's knowledge reputed company for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOPs
• Tracking and documenting reputed company happenings in reputed company, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
• Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What Sets You Up for Success

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role. True call center experience would be a plus.
• Flexible/open availability.
• Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency.
• Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work. It's clear that you're invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of the company you represent.
• Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy. CRM/ticketing system experience is preferred, but not required.
