Establishes metrics, provides data analyses, and works directly to support business intelligence. The Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting supports centralized reporting of external data sharing, oversees internal reporting processes, and provides guidance on strategy and pricing policy development for value-based provider reporting. This role collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and designs new reports and visualizations to address evolving requirements. The Actuary exercises independent judgment and decision-making on reputed company matters, working under minimal supervision and evaluating variable factors to determine the reputed company course of action. Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, recent and relevant work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations.
• MAAA
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, reputed company filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending)

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humanas offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
