Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with reputed company of expert interpreters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements
