Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and respectful online community. You will be responsible for moderating our reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This will involve:

• Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
• Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
• Muting users who have violated our rules
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community engagement strategies

Key Responsibilities

* Moderate our reputed company server to ensure a positive and respectful community environment

• Enforce community guidelines and rules, deleting messages and banning users as necessary
• Investigate reports of potential rule violations and take appropriate action

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members

Qualifications
