Job Overview

As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will serve as the initial reputed company of contact and liaison between patients, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinical staff, and practices to facilitate patient healthcare needs. You will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing excellent customer service to patients, providers, and external organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Navigate electronic health records to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain accountability for accurate data entry while ensuring patient privacy and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional, positive, and respectful manner with patients, providers, and external organizations
