You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
What You'll Do
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll have a clear purpose: to provide top-notch support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a wide range of topics, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
- Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers, preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting them in every interaction
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
- Embracing a customer-centric approach, always putting the customer first and striving to exceed their expectations

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
