What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers at our reputed company Locker retail locations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including adhering to reputed company safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site
- Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that reputed company packages are properly processed and stored

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need to be able to:
