Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs

Available Shifts and Compensation
We offer flexible scheduling with available shifts on reputed company weekdays, excluding Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation for this role is $25.00 - $35.00/hour.
