Job Summary
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic and professional support during a difficult time. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to choose from various weekend shifts that suit your schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including being available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports
- Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions
- Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company
- Ability to provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Basic computer skills, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
- Reliable internet reputed company and a private network (Ethernet reputed company is not required but strongly recommended)
- Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace
