Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting or reputed company industry a plus
