Why You'll Love This Role
As a key member of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless operations, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete data access and balancing tasks
- Coordinate return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
- Work on member cases/assignments as needed
- Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
- Process mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
- Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member transactions, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
* High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education, with hands-on use of the software
- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
- Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
