AI Business Analyst - 100% Remote

reputed company is currently seeking an AI Business Analyst with our client in the reputed company industry. This is a 9-month contract-to-hire position that is fully remote. Compensation: $ 53.00 - 60.00 per hour W2, depending on reputed company and experience level.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst specializing in AI, you will act as the reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that support strategic goals and operational excellence. You will help identify opportunities for AI, define business and data requirements, evaluate model outputs, drive adoption, and ensure responsible use of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., product owners, operations, marketing) to identify and assess opportunities where AI-driven insights or automation can deliver value (cost reduction, reputed company growth, process efficiency).
• Elicit, document and manage business requirements and UAT scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow, and functional specifications for AI/ML projects.
• Work with data science, engineering and IT teams to ensure the correct data is gathered, cleansed, and reputed company for model development; translate model results into business-actionable insights.
• Validate and monitor AI model performance, ensure alignment with business KPIs, and communicate deviations or improvement opportunities.
• Support user adoption of AI solutions by developing dashboards, reports and visualizations, providing training and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical and regulatory standards (bias detection, privacy, transparency), and assess associated risks.
• Continuously monitor industry trends in AI, machine learning, analytics and business intelligence to recommend future enhancements and capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field or comparable work experience.
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably on AI/ML or data-analytics projects.
• Previous AI implementation experience.

• Strong technical affinity: familiarity with data manipulation (SQL, Python/R) and understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation).
• Excellent business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, reputed company to engage stakeholders at reputed company levels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and reputed company change in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in AI governance, ethics, and deployment lifecycle.
