Role Description

Pre-Arrangement Advisors are responsible for generating sales through company-provided leads from multiple channels. Our primary focus is in-person meetings with families and preplanning seminars regarding prearranging. We also have the ability to sell remotely reputed company necessary, and the Company will provide necessary telecommunication platforms to the Pre-Arrangement Advisors.

• Convert Company provided leads into sales.
• Maintain a network of customers from Company provided leads.
• Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Daily use of reputed company or applicable CRM system.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly calls, training, call blocks, floor time in the office or home.
• Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager.
• reputed company with industry compliance during the entire sales process.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only.
• First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University.
• 2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience (preferred but not required).
• 1-2 years of industry experience (preferred but not required).
• 3-5 years in transferable experience.

Work Conditions

• Work indoors and outdoors during reputed company seasons and weather conditions.
• Limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling.
• Traveling to customer’s homes and local Business.
• Business casual attire is required reputed company in contact with customers.
• Frequent, reputed company periods of time standing.
• Sitting continuously for many hours per day.
• May require climbing stairs to access buildings frequently.
• Physical effort requiring reputed company dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, iPads, and phone usage.
• Move, push and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Driving to and from appointments.
