We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer service calls empathetically and professionally, providing accurate and personalized help and guidance to our members and providers.

  • Respond to calls from our members, answering questions and resolving issues regarding health care eligibility, claims, and payments, and providing support and guidance as needed.

  • Collaborate with care providers, field Care Team staff, and other stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and ensure that our members receive the best possible care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, or 10+ years of equivalent working experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving reputed company issues.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, and to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm CST, with the ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • The ability to successfully complete our Customer Service training classes, and to demonstrate proficiency in the material.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1+ years of prior experience in an automatic call distribution call center setting.
  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD10 coding, and Medicare/reputed company guidelines.
