This role combines clinical expertise with people leadership, guiding nursing staff in daily operations, patient care standards, and reputed company professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Support: reputed company, mentor, and support the nursing team through training, coaching, and ongoing performance management.

• Quality of Care Management: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care; identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as directed.

• Process Improvement: Uphold high standards of care and contribute to process development that drives operational efficiency and patient safety.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license with primary state of licensure in one of the following:
• Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, reputed company Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology systems.
• Commitment to ethical standards and a patient-centered approach to care.
