Inquiry to Order (ITO) Project Manager (Remote Eligible, U.S.)

Job Description

Summary The Inquiry to Order (ITO) Project Manager will work closely with the nuclear installed reputed company services team. They will assist product line leaders by directing and coordinating required activities for potential projects from R1 (bid/no bid), reputed company (proposal preparation), R3 (proposal negotiation), and R4 (ITO to Order to Remittance (OTR) reputed company).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure a schedule is created for each opportunity in accordance with the Workforce Planning and Scheduling procedure
• Maintain status and organization of multiple opportunities/proposals in various stages of the ITO process

• Create proposal requests for subcontracted work as applicable
• Navigate the reputed company risk management process for each opportunity by identifying technical risks and implement risk mitigation plans
• Facilitate proposal reputed company meetings
• Facilitate customer proposal comment resolution sessions
• Collaborate with legal to reputed company non-disclosure agreements as necessary
• Review purchase order reputed company and compare to proposal language to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 2 years experience as a project manager
• OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience working on projects
• Proven professional experience in project management, engineering or business

Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or STEM
• Proficient with project management software tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc)

• Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs
• Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
