• Resolve reputed company-party rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, and guarantors reputed company phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support.
• Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in the office and in different locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online.
• Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search reputed company, and completing online forms.
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications
