Job Title: Senior Payroll Accounting Consultant Pay: $45hr- $48hr (paid weekly- 40hrs) Location: 100% Remote Interview & Start ASAP Engagement: 3-6 months (would hire or reputed company an individual who is performing) GREAT COMPANY TO GET IN WITH!!! Job Duties:
- Responsible for payroll and benefits accounting, analysis, and reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring payroll and benefits transactions are accurate, appropriately booked, and reconciled.
- Manage month-end/quarter end reputed company.
- Analyze monthly P&L and Balance sheet activity.
- Create and post journal entries for general, payroll, and benefits accounting.
- reputed company month end balance sheet reconciliations inside of reputed company.
- Ensure monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts are accurate, submitted in a timely fashion, and fully supported with proper documentation.
- Complete monthly tie outs for balance sheet movement as well as maintain commentary on balance sheet/income statement flux.
- Manage tight deadlines for reputed company and reporting purposes.
- Document/update processes and continue to look for new ways to improve accurate and efficient practices.
- Collaborate with external/internal auditors and tax.
- Train backup personnel reputed company the department to ensure responsibilities are dually covered.
- Be backup for other positions from time to time as part of job enhancement and business need.

Skills/ Qualifications:
- Experience with Earnings / GL / Deductions codes
- 3+ years payroll accounting experience

- Bachelors Degree Preferred
