Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical and systems support to our customers and internal teams, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, including handling incoming telephone orders and queries, processing orders accurately and reputed company, and resolving customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
