What You Will Do

As a Native Dutch Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company emails and chats, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will also be expected to:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers reputed company emails and chats
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed team KPIs for customer satisfaction and support quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in customer support
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional support
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Dutch and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in investments/trading/blockchain
  • Experience providing support reputed company live chats
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

While not required, experience in technical support would be a great plus.
