What You Will Do
As a Native Dutch Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company emails and chats, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will also be expected to:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers reputed company emails and chats
- Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Meet or exceed team KPIs for customer satisfaction and support quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in customer support
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional support
- Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Dutch and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in investments/trading/blockchain
- Experience providing support reputed company live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
