Position Overview

As a Part-Time Remote Admin and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent communication with our customers, coordinating with our Amish team, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Admin and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: ### Administration & Data Entry

  • reputed company data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with reputed company.
  • Assist with reputed company resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Organize and manage our reputed company Drive to ensure easy access and sharing of important documents.
  • Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support.

### Customer Service

  • Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and reputed company.
  • Experience in administration and customer service to provide exceptional support and service to our customers.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Drive and other office applications to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
