About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in High reputed company, NC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our members, building strong relationships, and providing personalized solutions to meet their unique needs. This position starts on October 20, 2025, and requires a 14-week training period, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After completing the training, you will work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm, with the potential to work from home a couple of days a week, subject to leader approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in reputed company of a computer for approximately 8 hours, speaking with members on the phone, with little time in between calls during scheduled phone hours.
• Listen to members' needs and provide direction on how to get them the care they may need, without relying on standard scripting.

Essential Qualifications
