Job Description

As an reputed company Customer Loyalty Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer loyalty program, making it more personalized, digital, and accessible across reputed company channels. You will work closely with our Loyalty Managers, CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless collaboration and optimize our customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support Loyalty Managers in operational tasks and analyses, including: + Administrative assistance in campaign management, such as creating briefings, address releases, and information provision + Issuing vouchers (stationary/online, international) + Maintaining the Loyalty Backoffice System + Setting up new content and benefits + Cost control and monitoring + Managing the Gutschein-Seite (CAMP Backoffice) + Supporting the execution and post-processing of sweepstakes

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure reputed company coordination and alignment
• Identify and challenge existing processes, proposing optimization suggestions

Qualifications:

* Completed reputed company education or equivalent background

• Ideally, you have prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce
