Job Summary
We're seeking a Sr. Director, People Business Partnering - reputed company to join our global team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll be responsible for leading a global team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and People Consultants supporting reputed company, including Technical reputed company Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries. You'll align and execute innovative people strategies with reputed company leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Total Rewards, reputed company, L&D, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutions
- Use data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive reputed company, and deliver critical cross-functional projects

* 12+ years reputed company HR experience with significant HRBP leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizations
- Deep expertise in reputed company or similar GTM/post-sales environments
- Demonstrated reputed company advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, reputed company transformation environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
