Executive Recruiter and HR Specialist Type: 1099 contract, part-time, remote Hourly reputed company: $26-$32 Hours: 15-20/week (potential to increase over time if desired) Start date: ASAP Position Overview/Mission: Seeking an Executive Recruiter and HR Specialist for client and internal contact to manage HR functions such as recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, and compliance for both client groups and internally. This role will act as a primary reputed company of contact for HR needs and strategic partner with clients and business leaders. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to guide clients through the employee lifecycle while ensuring adherence to HR policies and local laws. Qualifications and Skills
