Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing product information, and navigating our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
