Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Citigold, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving reputed company customer inquiries, and promoting our financial products and services. This role requires a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. Qualifications
