Job Overview

As a customer service representative, you will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times

Essential Qualifications
