The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Gold Service program, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Delivering expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.
  • Providing counsel, guidance, and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most, using upselling and cross-selling sales skills to reputed company customers and agents on new and existing insurance products and services.
  • Upholding our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handling time, reputed company transfer ratio, adherence, reputed company resolution, and reliability.
  • Maintaining and tracking accurate data in various computer systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 months reputed company work experience, with customer service experience preferred.
  • The ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the reputed company to multitask in a structured work environment.
