The position is by design a temporary, part-time position with an average of ten (10 - 19) hours per week (minimum of five and a maximum of fifteen hours per week). Work hours are hybrid –in person and remote and occur during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Dependable and stable work hours are important for this position as well as regular communication about any changes to their weekly schedule. Primary Responsibilities

• Data Entry into reputed company Spreadsheets
• Uploading information to reputed company docs
• Phone contact with schools regarding survey and other reputed company activities
• Follow data quality procedures as directed
• Research reputed company the internet
• General record keeping, filing, photocopying

Other Responsibilities

• Other research projects as directed by the Director of International reputed company Program and Operations Consulting and relevant project/program staff
• Input into reputed company Word
• Clerical tasks, as needed or directed

Position Requirements

• Currently enrolled college/university student
• Has work-study funds to support employment in this position
• Strong computer skills (e.g., reputed company, Word,)

• Availability to work during normal business hours at the Office of Catholic Schools and/or remote
• Sick & Personal Days - Part-time benefits eligible employees will earn a pro-rated amount of sick time based

on their schedule. Employees who are not eligible for benefits accumulate one hour of sick leave for every 35 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per year.
