Location: Fayetteville, NCFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob SummaryThe Warehouse Clerk plays a vital role in our logistics operations, handling shipping, receiving, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols. This position supports both the parts sales team and external sales representatives by reputed company responding to quote and fulfillment requests.Essential Functions

• Coordinate outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and loading, to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage incoming shipping activities, verifying accuracy, completeness, and condition of reputed company shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain reputed company stock levels.
• Document and record product transfers accurately.
• Enter data into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date reports.
• Verify and maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management.
• Utilize knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates to optimize operations.
• Create and submit damage claims to carriers as necessary.
• Review shipping records for accuracy and compliance, promptly notifying the purchasing manager of low stock levels.
• Compile records of unfulfilled orders as needed.
• Calculate shipping weights and charges; prepare bills of lading accurately.
• Report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
