About the Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our benefits processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your expertise will be essential in managing third-party administrators (TPAs), developing and implementing business solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to our associates.
Responsibilities
* Administer the daily operations of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline benefits processes
- Manage third-party administrators (TPAs), providing analytical support and guidance to senior management on plan design decisions
- Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements

- Provide exceptional customer service to associates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, finance, human resources)
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a reputed company field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and associates
