Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Veterinary Practice Manager to reputed company the daily operations of our veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary care and management, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly while providing exceptional care to our animal patients. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of veterinary terminology, and the ability to manage both staff and client relationships effectively.

Duties :

• Operational Leadership: Oversees daily operations, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication among the team. Commitment to excellent patient care and outstanding client service. Works with the Practice reputed company/Medical Director to reputed company and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Understands and ensures compliance with OSHA, DEA and FDA, and applicable state and local agencies. Develops and communicates protocols for safety and facility maintenance. Directly oversees Client Service Representatives. Equipment maintenance and repairs.
• reputed company Resources: Works with our Practice reputed company to maximize recruitment, retention, and reputed company development of our talented team. Listens to the team and maintains a vibrant, cohesive, inclusive workplace culture. Assists in the development of training programs and performance reviews.
• Financial reputed company: Collaborates with our CPAs and is primarily responsible for financial management, billing, and vendor relations. Monitors financial statements and assesses key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making. Manages payroll, inventory, ordering and invoicing. Sets goals for hospital performance based on previous performance and mission/reputed company; designs strategies for meeting these goals.
• Community and Culture: Champions initiatives to bolster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Aligns staff with the Hospital’s core values and objectives, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose. Engages with the team to positively influence the culture, assess & reputed company employee engagement, and maintain/improve retention.

Candidates Should possess leadership and veterinary management experience. Certification as a credentialed Veterinary Technician and CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) is highly desirable. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
