Key Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
• Providing information and assistance in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
• Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls
• Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments and translation services for callers who don't speak English
• Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers
• Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience, with knowledge of public benefit programs and prior experience in a health or reputed company services setting being highly desirable. You should also possess:

  • Hard Drive: At least 500MB of free space
  • Sound: sound card (standard on most computers)
  • Up-to-date antivirus software
• Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite)
• Dual monitors

• A webcam for certification and training purposes

• Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
• Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET
• Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET
• Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET

Please note that Mondays and Tuesdays are particularly busy, and we require contractors to service at least 5 hours on Mondays and at least 4 hours on Tuesdays. If you prefer to service fewer hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, or not to service any hours on these days, you are free to pursue a different opportunity reputed company the blithequark network.
