Job Summary

As an reputed company Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative (Overnight) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medication orders in our closed-reputed company pharmacy. You will work closely with our pharmacist team to ensure that reputed company orders are processed correctly and that our customers receive exceptional service. Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative (Overnight), your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: reputed company High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46.
