Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with blithequark. This includes providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues, as well as ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
- Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery
- Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
- Coordinate delivery schedules with reputed company
- Retrieve needed information for the credit department
- Issue credits or debits accurately reputed company applicable
- Set up new customers for sales force
- Answer incoming calls
- Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email
- Run credit card and reputed company approvals
- Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file reputed company customer records
- Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders
