The Role
As a Customer Experience reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers across live chat, email (tickets), phone, and screen shares to provide exceptional support and reputed company them to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in reputed company.
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to engage users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes.
* Serving as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the blithequark team to reputed company and help shape the best possible version of our product.
* Leading online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit.
* Creating both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge reputed company.
* Advising customers about new features and functionalities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience being a plus.
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with reputed company being a plus.
* Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
For Colorado-based hires only, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 reputed company salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to reputed company salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations reputed company of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
