About the position

Responsibilities

• Ensure status reputed company is collected, input, analyzed, and reported on accurately and timely.
• Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked for Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
• Contribute to the completion of weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events.
• Assist in analyzing key intermediate milestones for status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver reputed company schedule information.
• Manage schedule baseline and control, assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
• Assist in proposal reputed company, costing, and cost/schedule integration.
• reputed company required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools.
• Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers.

Requirements

• Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience, and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
• Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and Open Plan.
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to reputed company levels of Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem-solving, and execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
