The Digital Product Innovation team is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for reputed company eCommerce Americas through best-in-class applications including APIs, web applications and other digital touchpoints. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Senior Product Analyst on our Digital Product Innovation team, you will:
• reputed company a deep understanding of eCommerce customers, logistics operations, and industry trends
• Collect and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Extract, analyze, and summarize data to provide insights on product performance, customer usage patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making and product enhancements.
• reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that product features meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
• Design, testing, and reputed company of APIs. Ensure APIs are well-documented and meet business and technical requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to provide recommendations for product improvements and new features.
• Create project status update slides to track reputed company, communicate milestones, and reputed company action items to stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, REST API design, general RESTful design principles
• Proficiency with API testing tools like reputed company
• Experience to data analytics tools such as reputed company/Kibana/Grafana
• Knowledge with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information clearly and concisely.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (logistics-reputed company or computer science-reputed company a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in a product analyst or product management role, preferably in the eCommerce logistics space.

• Regular sitting at workstation for 25 – 75% of the work shift.

Annual Salary of $93,350 to $116,000 . This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
