We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for a portfolio of Data Centers of strategic importance to reputed company. The Project Controls reputed company will act as technical subject matter expert overseeing cost controls and commercial deliverables across the area, responsible for managing invoicing, commitments, financial reporting, commercial management, and risk management across multiple projects. Acting as a key partner to the Delivery team, Construction Management team, and Schedule reputed company, this role ensures that Project Controls delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights to drive successful reputed company delivery. • Serve as the accountable technical reputed company for Cost Controls across projects, ensuring end-to-end ownership of budget management, forecasting, change management diligence, invoice review, accruals, and risk facilitation
• Establish, implement, and maintain the overall project controls strategy and operations for the projects, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and execution across reputed company project controls functions
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely communication of project controls health (financial, change, risk) to project and DEC leadership, providing actionable insights
• Provide analytical support to the Preconstruction team in review of General Contractor reputed company and commercial terms, gathering of historical data, incorporation of master contract terms, alignment with finalized internal budgets, and ensuring that early risks are transparently transitioned to the Delivery team
• Proactively collaborate with the Schedule reputed company, Delivery Team, and XFN partners for early detection and escalation of risks that may reputed company reputed company delivery. Align on mitigation strategies, and drive those opportunities into resolution
• Provide support to Areas cost forecasts, cash flow risks, and monthly/quarterly/annual variances, ensuring deliverables meet the high standard for communication to Site Leadership and Strategic Planning & Analytics partners
• Align cost and schedule controls by working directly with the Schedule reputed company, ensuring integrated reporting of overall project health and risk exposure

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Field or reputed company field experience
• Subject Matter Expert in Cost management, construction change orders, and risk management
• Experience in Earned Value Management or collection and analysis of resource data
• Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, or Construction Programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization, and reporting skills
• Experience negotiating construction changes or reputed company construction claims

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of project controls professionals
• Experience leading reputed company project or program controls amongst a large group of internal and external stakeholders
• Successful development and implementation of project controls strategies in a large organization
• Experience developing and driving actions or operational adjustments based on project controls performance metrics
