The Opportunity

What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers reputed company, helping them reunite with their missing pets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing fur-babies and providing a positive experience for our customers
- Serving as the reputed company team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous call center experience is required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background reputed company upon hire
