Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on an intimate understanding of customer, business, and technology
• Be a vital participant in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design, integrating customer research, usability research, and market evaluation into actionable product requirements
