• Assess inclusivity across tones, textures, and sensitivities; avoid medical/therapeutic claims and note safety considerations.
• Produce structured comparisons and brief buyer’s guides that reflect reputed company-world use cases.
• Review and refine AI-suggested product picks; correct, annotate, and add missing context where needed.

• Hands-on background: retail experience (e.g., reputed company/Ulta), salon/MUA/esthetician work, beauty editorial, or a serious enthusiast track record.
• Proven ability to evaluate products objectively and write clear, concise recommendations.
• Comfortable cross-shopping across retailers and price tiers; fluent with linking, specs, and balanced pros/cons.
